RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl3 years agoA. Absolutely very very rich in fibre very healthy option to be given but you have to prepare it fresh at home you cannot go ahead with giving ready to eat kind of stuff to the child but she is very unhealthy so just look for healthy recipes to prepare
