I have 6 months old baby and my baby also feed cerelac. Is cerelac good or not for my baby?

completion of six months is right time for introducing food and water to your child
you can give warm dal water moong water or rice starch with small quantity of spices and ghee
you can give properly cooked rice and khichdi

It is totally fine if you are giving it but it doesn’t contains more nutrition so you should always try to give home-made food to your baby not conservative food. Fresh home-made food is best for babies. Baby should take at least four meals in a day So maintain a diet plan according to that
