I have 6 month Start baby 2 times fever.....sometimes vomit sense...yellow colour cold...what happen doctor

See sometimes vomiting can happen when the child is not able to digest the food or milk that you are giving and sometimes yellow colour can be seen with the child is having congestion into the throat of the child so that can also come out with the vomit of your child
