I have 6 month old baby.can I take camel milk with ashwaghandha. is it better for both of us r not. r else only camel milk shall I take?

If You can have camel milk then you go ahead with it it is not an option bad idea it is a healthy option to go for and if you want to have Ashwagandha with that and you feel it is good for you then you can go for it because these things are somewhere Ayurvedic related but they are healthy that’s what I know so if you do want to go ahead with it you can
