I have 5th period this month now I am not bleeding for 6th I have done hemoglobin test which is 12.0 my bp is high 165/75 I am taking medicine for it that is why I am not bleeding what foods should I eat to get high blood

A. Your haemoglobin are actually pretty good you do not have to eat anything specifically to increase that you already having very very good levels but if you are not having proper bleeding than this could be associated with another issue that has got no connection with you eating or your haemoglobin levels
