Hello mom you can now start weaning foods for the baby initially would suggest to start with some liquid consistency diet such as Dal or rice water or vegetable soups or fresh fruit juices and once the baby gets used to it and accepts them well enough then well you may gradually move to semi solid and soft consistency diet such as rice ,steamed vegetables ,fresh fruit pulps , porridge etc

completion of six months is right time for introducing food and water to your child
if you're child weight become double as per his birth weight
you can give easily digestible food like warm dal water moong water or rice starch with small quantity of spices and ghee
please give daily massage with Babyhug coconut oil
