Q.

i have 5month baby it's almost sunny in mrng andy body is heat body it's really difficult to maintain my body ..so I planned to eat a small cup of buttermilk or curd .....but my MIL say if u eat curd or buttermilk ur breast milk will become sour ....is it true

A. No.. it's a myth.. you can have it. Take high protein contain food like- Milk and ghee and, grains, oatmeals, cereals, pulses, dried fruits, fresh fruits band vegetables,like methi, carrot,garlic, Bottle Gourds, Whole Grains Sprouted spices like Cumin Seeds, Poppy Seeds and Fennel Seed, Fenugreek Seeds. And lots of fluids including clean boiled water, fresh fruit juice, coconut water.
