A. Keep in one position and cuddle ur child and sleep and give exclusive feed

A. in case of fever you can give paracetamol which can be repeated in every 6 hours and in between if there is any raised temperature you can do cold sponging also. to reduce the temperelature paracetamol has to be given 15 mg per kg body weight.
