I have 4 year old baby and i am planning for second baby. My last period date was 12 Aug 2025 with 28 days cycle and for September i missed my period but pregnancy test was negative

A. Sometimes these things have happened to disturbances in hormones also so if your pregnancy test is negative and you don’t get your periods for another one week it is better to get an ultrasound done by your doctor
