I have 4 months old son. his back is sweaty when laying down and sleep. this happens even in winter season.

A. this is Normal and you should not be worried as far this but yostill it would be better to get a proper guidance by your doctor regarding any such kind of query so that anything shoruld not be missed . so a proper examination can be done just to rule out any other possibility ...
