Q.
i have 4 month old baby. my wife delivered baby by sc. but still she has not in regular cycle of period. last month only sporting. this month above 10 days but she is not in a period. kindly guide me.

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children3 years agoA. there can be lactational amenorrhea which may continue 6 months to 1 year also there can be irregular periods also but it is advisable to adopt some or mode of contraception

Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 11 yr 7 m old boy3 years agoA. Hello dear parent! Irregularities in periods is very normal after delivery due to hormonal changes. Few mommies get their periods even while breastfeeding and few mommies don’t get even after an year. Consult your child’s doctor for evaluation and advice. Continue to exclusively breastfeed your baby. Use Babyhug tummy roll on.
