i have 4 month old baby and now my hair fall is too much how can i manage..? it is normal??

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist2 years agoA. dear mum some women may experience change in hair texture and even hair fall post delivery. this is mainly due to hormonal changes, along with lack of sleep ,stress which comes with getting used to the schedule of new baby it may settle in about 6 to 12 months. have a balanced diet providing variety of food groups especially antioxidant and Vitamin rich vegetables, green leafy vegetables, and fruits. adequate protein and iron intake. good intake of water.
