Q.
i have 3years old boy, he is speaking amma and some other word only, when he was 8th month he used to speak 2 letter words but he is not now, he listen to small sounds also, but not responding when I call, he is playing alone, due to carona situation we didn't bring him into out, is it any speech therapy necessary

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy3 years agoA. the child is having problems with social and language milestones. it is important to meet yocur pediatrician who will tell you whether assessment for social and language milestones are needed or not.
