A. this pattern of eating is common in children and you are seeing the same pattern in your twins Diet :- it is advisable to continue our efforts in feeding the child will stop many times it take more efforts from the parents to make the child eat nutritious food so kindly go for different recipes and flavours which might improve the appetite of the child but at the same time it is also important to meet your doctor to rule out nutritional deficiency which might be the cause of loss of appetiteDIET : - it is very important to give all types of food made from cereals (RICE WHEAT and other) pulses (DAL) vegetable milk and fruits to the child and this will only help in increasing the growth weight height immunity of the child. YOU CAN GO FOR ANY RECIPES AND FLAVOURS AND TASTE ACCORDING TO THE THE PREFERENCE OF THE CHILD. Start with small quantity and gradually increase the quantity. you can go for different colour plates as well as different size plates to make eating more attractive. Also it is very important to rule out nutritional deficiency in your child because that is one of the most common cause of loss of appetite in the child.

A. hi well your child weighs really good. so don't worry. just keep offering different dishes with different taste and different texture. as it might happen because of teething. please give massage with clean finger on sore gums of your child. provide silicone teether. provide apt sun light at least 20 minutes a day. maintain good hygiene
