I have 3 year old , during fever and loose motion ,can we give her zinc syrup

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 9 m old girl14 hours agoA. Zinc syrup or medicine is actually good during the time of loose motions the doctors also recommended so if you have any that you already have approved by the doctor you can go ahead with that which would be helpful right right now
