Q.

I have 3 weeks old baby. he sleeps while breastfeeding due to which the breastfeeding session goes for 1-1.5 hours. how can I wake him up or remove my breast from his mouth. he doesn't loose his mouth grip in sleep.

A. Just do a little bit of stimulation onto the feet of your child or on the ears of your child with a little bit of tickling that the child feels during that time they tend to move a little bit and they open their mouth so it would be easier for you to take your breast off after that
