I have 3 months old baby and am not getting enough milk supply to feed and he is attached to bottle now he don’t want to suck and have breast milk can u give me some tips to relactate my baby and increase supply of breast milk

RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl9 months agoA. Shatavari powder you can use as of now you can take it three times in the day with warm milk that is going to be quite beneficial for you and you can have a high protein diet plus good amount of fluids are definitely very important for you to follow
