I have 3 month old baby.white bumps on his leg seen two weeks ago,then I consulted a homeo doctor.After 4 days the bumps dry.but now appear bumps on leg,legs fingers.what to do?

A. they are looking like a viral infections on the skin of the baby please consult a skin specialist doctor preferably for proper examination and proper medicines for the baby .
