I have 26days baby boy can I eat potato I feed my baby breast milk potato is good or bad?

RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl1 Year agoA. Potato has got no connection with you breastfeeding as potatoes very good with carbs and it’s highly highly healthy to be consumed so there is no problem a lot of people believe it is heavy but if you eat it in moderation there is no problem
