i have 2 years old baby girl now a days she is not sleep well at night full night she wants feeding nd many time at mid night she woke up nd want to play or start crying.what I do that she slept nicely at night.nd don't ask for feeding ata whole night.please help me

A. Hello mom try to observe if she having long day naps if so avoid it .. and also the child is involved in some playing around so He gets tried and sleeps well .. also he has a filling dinner and if required you can give him some cows milk as by now they can be introduced to it .. also avoid on the lights or entertain him in the night .. try to ignore and once done he will gradually sleep
