Q.

I have 2 months baby. I recovered from covid 4 days back i stopped breastfeeding completly for 5 days bez hospitalized. now struggling to bring back my milk supply. kindly give a suggestion.

A. you can take lactating supplement as lactare or mother sparsh vardaan or striveda or Shavatari powder.. take green papaya bitter gourd bottle gourd fennel seeds fenugreek oats ragi sabudana dalia garlic drumstick.. more you nurse milk will increase..

A. Don't worry . Same thing happened with me too . After recovering from covid i couldn't produce enough milk for my child so my doctor advised me to have lactare capsule 3 times a day i.e after every meal . And you can also add harira in your diet it . You can have harira milk once a day .
