I have 2 kids one is 5 year and another of 21/2 year old girls they wil not eat food properly and their height and weight is 5 year. 13 kg height is 99 cm 21/2 year is 10.5kg height is 84 cm is it normal or no what I can do to increase Der height and weight

Gayatri DawdaMom of a 10 yr 4 m old boy4 years agoA. Hi You can try to only give home made foods. Donot give biscuits chips noodles waffers or any junk food You can give 5 meals a day at fixed timings. donot allow binge eating. Give food from all food groups
