Q.

I have 2 1/2 month baby...my milk supply is relatively low so doctor gave me Perinorm CD tablets.but after discontinue that tablets my milk supply again became low. can I take that tablets for 6 months??is it having any side effects??

A. no perinorm CD. start iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly and cap lactare 2 cap thrice a day and protein powder with milk twice a day. you should take 1000 Extra calories per day. keep on drinking water

A. Yes If the medicine was helping you to increase the breast feed then you can continue with it it is not an issue you can continue till the age of six months after that if you want you can discontinue with the medicine because you can start with any other kind of milk if you want to but as of now you can continue with the tablets
