I have 18mnth old boy baby my husband in dubai he came next month so control birth some suggestions pls

Hi mom Take ipill or use condoms Take a good care of your baby Wash your hands often before touching your baby Wear mask avoid going outside Consult your doctor once for proper medical examination and treatment Maintain hygiene Maintain hydration Do some light exercise yoga regularly Offer different varieties of food Give ultra D3 drops and calcium supplements
