i have 18 months old daughter having too much pain during poop and crying a lotas she is not doing potty from past 3 days.. please suggest

A. it is gas .Infantile Colic and gases trouble is very common during the first year of life only mother milk should be given till 6 month of age and proper burping should be given after the feeding . Gastica drop can also be tried 1 ml 2 to 3 times in a day for the gases trouble
