Q.
I have 1.5 year old daughter and I'm planning to stop breastfeeding her. it's been 3 days I breastfed her. I'm already feeling breast engorgement. will it affect me?

ExpertDr.Deepinder Kaur DhawanObstetrician and Gynaecologist5 years agoA. please continue breastfeeding till completion of two years.. feed more frequently for now. do hot fomentation and remove all the milk. once consult your gynaecologist for routine check up and start antibiotics if advised

Nihita mittalMom of 4 children5 years agoA. it is normal when you stop feeding the child for you to experience engorgement I would recommend that you should consult with your gynecologist and start taking some medicine to make your milk supply dried
