I hav very painful in my lower abdominal and bit swailing

A. Hello, my advice is you should take a big tub and fill it with warm water not very hot and add one big spoon of salt in it and mix it well and then sit in that tub atleast half and hour and you will see that the pain will get less and so is the swelling ,try it out you will feel relieved.
