Q.
I hav delivered baby boy on 19th via c section.i hav insufficient milk supply so my baby is feeding formula milk by bottle.i was advised to take lactare capsules and dabar lactonic granuets powder frm my gaenaec.but supply of milk is still insufficient.. can u pls suggest me any other solution to resolve my problem.

ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. see try to eat a good protein diet with lots of fluids n fibre.Always keep in mind that over the day the baby should get food that help her get all protein, fat and carbohydrates and belong to your culture

The medicine prescribed by your gynaecologist is fine. Continue to have that. This will help to increase breast milk.
The more u feed the more milk production will be there. Take care.
