Hello ma’am No this is not, because it is recommended that once you have had a vaginal delivery for initial 1 to 2 months you should do Keagle exercises that helps in tightening up your vagina and avoid all these issues so basically you are exercising probably after two years which is why you are unable to do it like previously if you do it for 15 to 20 days continuously you will gain back your strength but if you’re passing urine into your pants are then that is definitely not good please consult your gynaecologist once
