Q.

I had two operation tubal ligation and c section 3 months back.. ve become very fat.. can I go for walk does it reduces my weight

A. Hi..better to Start after completing 3 months.. Using postpartum support belt helps to tighten the abdominal muscles, thus, reducing the stomach fat and also reducing the back pain. Drink plenty of water..to flush out the excess fat from the system. Have healthy diet, avoid consuming junk food

A. No need to worry for tummy and post pregnancy weight gain. It will take some time to decrease size. Give more attention to breast feeding and proper balanced diet. Start yoga  and mild exercise  at home only. Avoid heavy exercise. If possible use tummy belt It will help. Regular exercise  and yoga is very necessary to maintain health after delivery.  Avoid heavy exercise like jumping or skipping. Take proper balanced diet take all types of food items,   eat all types of fruits and fruit juices including seasonal Fruits also. Add all green vegetables in diet Keep urself well hydrated.

A. hi.. actually this is not the right time to start off with all these things firstly take good care of Ur self as well as take strength to your baby and also start off with simple excerices slowly

A. After 6 months of delivery you can start with light exer‐ cise or you can do yoga at home also you can do Surya Namaskar 12 times a day if you can't do anything else in your busy routine cut all the junk food and have diet full of fibre have seasonal fruits and vegetables drink lots of water have jeera water empty stomach the early in the morning divide your meals into 6 small portions
