I had purchased babyhug tricycle for my 10month old son on 16th Jun 2024 but I have found something or other issues in the cycle. when I visited the store, they refused for exchange with other cycle of same brand and specifications just because offer was not on that day. i purchased it from virar west firstcry store. it's like taken second hand cycle but seems like second hand cycle is better than this. Not at all happy with the product i received and spent high cost for it i.e Rs 3200.
