i had puffed rice..bhel puri.. yesterday...i haven't had it since my delivery...and my baby cried whole night..is this because of my mistake of having that puffed rice? 😥 m feeling super guilty that I made my baby cry because of gas...even I was feeling uneasy since I had churmuri after a very long time.
