Q.
I had piles problem post delivery. I had normal delivery happened on 22nd feb 2021. During my pregnancy period, my stomach, face, hands, legs neck darkened with heat boils. After delivering baby, i had suffered from heat problem as my face, neck got heat boils. Also i am facing piles problem because of that i had got pain in my left leg. Do i need to to follow any specific diet for heat problem? Any home remedy for heat problem? How to normalise darkened area ? Any specific medicine/ ointment? Thank you, Charuta

Consult your doctor once for proper medical examination and treatment
Do some light exercise yoga regularly
Take healthy protein rich nutritious food fruits vegetables juice etc
Do some light exercise yoga
Wash area often with lukewarm water
Wash your hands often before touching your anything
Apply coconut oil or olive oil
