Because of the hormonal changes post delivery there may be laxity of the muscles and fat content increase.
You should not worry just do some calorie restriction specially for sugar and fat which should be avoided in excess and do regular exercise for muscle strengthehyning which should be gradually increased . Also take plenty of liquids angd give proper breastfeeding to the baby which will also be beneficial in management of the weight .

Exercising a dieting is only going to be helpful in this case so you choose exercising that you want to go ahead with and you should consult your doctor a dietician a professional person to reduce down your weight with the proper diet
