I had normal delivery and baby is 45 days old. suffering from constipation problem and after passing motion feel difficulty in sitting and it burns and pains more while sitting.

A. First of all.maintain proper hydration intake lots of fluid eat fresh veggies and fruits which is rich in fibrrs.avoid junk. drink coconut water and eat fresh homemade curd. drink ajwain water make your donner light. these food inprove digestion.
