I had my vaccination for covid... and I have fever... Can I continue breast feeding to my baby?

A. Avoid Feeding your child for the time being since you’re having fever due to Covid vaccination it would be advisable for you not to feed the child because due to is your side effects of child is also going to suffer with diarrhoea or high fever so it’s better that you avoid it for the time being
