I had my twins by c-section..breast milk started coming after 4 days..the milk production increased upto 80 ml per day but in a week has come down to 30 ml..please tell what can be done to improve

A. to improve.. start with striveda or mother sparsh vardaan or lactare or Shavatari powder.. take green papaya bottle gourd bitter gourd fennel seeds, garlic drumstick jeera oats sabudana Dalia ragi..
