I had my periods for 4 days but the flow is less as compare to previous months.

It’s okay it happened sometimes so keep monitoring your next cycle as well if again you feel the flow is very less then improve your iron intake and Vitamin C intake and include spinach black raisins figs dates in your daily diet and exercise well sleep well eat nutritious diet
