I had my last period on 23 Jan and my cycle is regular(28-30 days). I had protected sex on 13 Feb 7 days before my expected due date i.e. 20 Feb but today is 28 Feb and still my period hasn't arrived. I experienced cramps and backache and felt that period was going to come but haven't arrived yet. I consulted the doc (gyanc) and she advised me to avoid stress. I still have all those feelings that period is gonna come but haven't. How long shall I wait for my periods.

A. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much and as you have already evaluated yourself with your gynaecologist in person then better to wait for another week and yes avoid stress and be happy. Take care
