i had my delivery on oct 23rd 2020. i am facing severe muscle and joint pains after waking from sleep. kindly request to suggest any medication or tablets to overcome this pain.

A. see better to show an orthopedudt Cut on salt in diet. take lots of fluids and a high protein diet. avoid standing or sitting with legs hanging down. you must try to eat healthy, lots of fruit and stay hydrated. take enough sleep and no stress
