I had my 1st period after delivery on 20th. but from 15th till now I'm facing severe back pain nd stomache pain. is it normal

A. can be a sign of periods. start iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day its very normal to have irregular periods till one year
