i had face 3 misscarriages so i have done trans abdominal cervical cerclage (laproscopy cerclage) before 6 yrs, then i have delivered a healthy baby at full term pregnancy, Now i am 39 yrs old, want to planned a 2nd baby. need a gynaec suggestion.
