i had delivery via c section 3 month ago. from last 6-7 days i feel tenderness n heaviness in lower abdomen. what should I do

A health care provider can explain which medications are safe to take for pain. Your health care provider will ask you to stay in bed for six to eight hours after a Cesarean section.
