I had delivered my second baby on Nov 11th normally and I had family planning operation on Nov 13th. Stitches also removed. when can i use belt to reduce postpartum belly.

A. now start. ok. best is to use a good contraception and wait fir weaning as after that it will get okYou can show to a gynac and get a proper check up to get the right diagnosis and treatment
