I had delivered a baby before 3 months and i have got my periods in the next month of my delivery that's on 25 th April after that I didn't get my periods. I have tested pregnancy test card and the result was negative. then I had visited gynaecologist and she said it's normal for breastfeeding moms to have irregular periods but I had little fainting and little sense of vomiting sometime what will be the reason
