i had d&c on 25 Jan 2023 after that my tummy is enlarged and i have medical issue(spotting) for that i am taking medicineand i am gaining weight also.If i tie my tummy with cloth will it reduce.because everyone asking whether iam conceive which is giving stress to me

A. better to get hormone analysis TSH test and do exercisesOnly way to lose excess fat is to do moderate exercises alike brisk walking yoga will help take diet less in fats and carbohydrate lot of green leafy vegetables and seasonal fruits
