I had cs on 1 feb. n now my back is paining too much. so plz guide me.

Janani ViswanathanMom of 2 children4 years agoA. Make sure u are taking all the calcium supplements mentioned by ur doctor. You can use a feeding pillow while breastfeeding. This will ensure u don't have to droop and feed the baby. Also wear a maternity belt. It will help to keep the stitches intact and help ur back pain.
