Q.
I had chest pain with throat upper back and sometimes jaw pain . Ecg was taken and it was normal . I went to a near by hospital only and doc told it is gastritis. Should I be worried because in internet symptoms show like heart attack

gastritis cause pain in chest which mimics heart attack.but an ECG rules out heart attack in majority of cases so rest assured and take antacid

Please don't over use the internet.
Please don't consume the food that causes gas and indigestion
Don't use RO water as it's demineralized
use simply purified water having TDS higher than 350
Take sunbath daily
Use more curd buttermilk lassi etc
Use citrus fruits
use multigrain diet
don't over use senitizer anti bacterials and antibiotics
