I had cesarean delivery in March 2021, at April 2021 my weight was 62 but now my weight is 66, what should I do for weight loss? plz suggest nd i live in joint nd typical family so plz suggest something that i can follow plz

A. Hello mom Now your baby is six months old and if you want then you can start doing yoga because you got is very effective in use in pregnancy weight. Do yoga at least for 40 minutes every morning rather than this you should also cut the calories intake and add more fibre and protein in your regular diet plan
