I had cesarean before 4 month, and I have pain in my stitches,, and back pain and headache.. what should I do ??

ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. you rest more ok. a lot of brands will be trying to impress you but you try to see your need and cost. thats better always. Cut on salt in diet. take lots of fluids and a high protein diet. avoid standing or sitting with legs hanging down.
